Not ImpressedApp always defauts to metric and have to manually change it to customary measurments. App then will not save changes and defualt back to metric.
Lack of customer support response.

Within the Envia.com app, the payment structure is simple and user-friendly. Users only pay for the shipping services they use—there are no monthly fees or hidden costs. Once a shipment is created, users can choose from a variety of carriers and service levels, and the cost of the selected service is displayed upfront. Payments are processed securely through the app, and users can top up their balance in advance or pay per shipment, depending on their preference.
